SandersFit Performance Center is designed to bring out the best in everyone who walks through our doors. We train professional athletes, college athletes, high school ballers, weekend warriors and everyday people that just want to take their fitness to the next level.

SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
Our coaches bring an uncontested energy while offering a diverse and variable approach to group training through boxing, metabolic conditioning, functional and sports specific training…with a vibing culture that's never been done before.
We improve vitality, efficiency and ease of movement through soft tissue manipulations and various recovery techniques. Our rehabilitation programs range from post-surgical rehab to active recovery.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
Our sport-specific training is designed for off-season peak performance improvements. Based on sport and position, we’re able to create a program that will sharpen their skill sets allowing that competitive edge on the field, court, pitch or boardroom.
SPORT TEAM GROUP TRAINING
A comprehensive sports performance program is created to fit your team or groups off-season, pre-season and/or in-season maintenance goals. Catering to high school, pre-collegiate, collegiate and professional athletes of all genders in all sports including football, basketball, track, golf, hockey, tennis, lacrosse and baseball.
Expert evaluation of and recommendations for diet, targeted nutrients, and lifestyle support that can aid in slowing the progression of chronic illness as well as reaching peak performance and attaining optimal recovery and health.
