As a former D1 Collegiate Track & Field athlete, I prioritize my training around functional movements and mobility. My passion is using my knowledge from sports and my studies to improve the quality of life mentally and physically for all my clients. My main focuses are sports performance, body recomposition (gain/lose weight), and strength and agility. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as being in a great mental space is something I push all my clients to strive for.
1-on-1 Session: $65 per hour
Semi-Private: $50 per hour
