My goal as a trainer is to help you get the most out of your training and put you in the best position to accomplish your goals!
When I was 18 years old I weighed 315 pounds, had trouble breathing, and was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Athletics had always been a big influence in my life but I hadn’t transferred those behaviors over to my diet and exercise habits.
It wasn’t until December 2009 that I decided to take control of my life and start developing the discipline necessary to take back control. The process was not easy but I found so much satisfaction in owning my destiny that I became a Certified Personal Trainer.
My goal as a trainer is to help you get the most out of your workouts and make sure that you are being put in the best position to accomplish your goals! I truly value the relationship that I get to build with my clients and enjoy seeing the satisfaction when they begin to see the results of our hard work.
