A comprehensive sports performance program is created to fit your team or groups off-season, pre-season and/or in-season maintenance goals. We improve vitality, efficiency and ease of movement through soft tissue manipulations and various recovery techniques.
Holistic stretching works with you to stretch, repair, and rebuild your muscles as well as deep fascia. Using a hybrid active resistance stretching, applied pressure to deep fascia, and strength training, we can:
